1. General Policy

Beyond Artificial is a professional digital services company committed to quality, transparency, and reliability. All services are provided under clearly defined policies to ensure fair business practices.

2. Free Work Policy

• Beyond Artificial does not provide free work for any service.
• Free trials, custom demos, or complimentary projects are not offered.
• All services are strictly paid.

3. Samples Policy

Web Development

• Custom samples are not provided for web development projects.
• Only portfolio projects or previously completed work may be shown.

Video Editing / Creative Services

• Samples are available for video editing projects (ads, reels, etc.).
• Payment must be made before any sample work begins.
• Sample charges can be adjusted against the final project if the client confirms the deal.

4. Payment Policy (Advance Payment Required)

• Advance payment is mandatory for all projects.
• Payment structure options:
  • 50% upfront before the project starts
  • OR 100% upfront (depending on project type)
• Work will not begin without advance payment.

5. Mid-Project Payments

• For long-term or phased projects, remaining payments are collected during the project.
• Final delivery requires full payment clearance.

6. Work-Based Billing

• Clients are charged only for the work that is actually completed.
• If a project or part of a service cannot be completed, payment for incomplete work will be refunded.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for services that are not delivered.
• Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

8. Scope of Work

• Project scope is finalized before work begins.
• Any work outside the agreed scope is extra and billed separately.
• Revisions are included only as per the agreed project plan.

9. Communication Policy

• Communication is handled via WhatsApp, Email, or Project Platform.
• Delays due to unclear instructions or late client responses are not the responsibility of Beyond Artificial.

10. Project Hold / Cancellation

• If client payments are delayed or responses are missing, the project may be temporarily paused.
• In case of extended delays, the project may be canceled.

11. Rights & Ownership

• Full ownership of the final files transfers only after full payment is cleared.
• Beyond Artificial reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

12. Policy Acceptance

Starting a project with Beyond Artificial constitutes acceptance of all policies listed above.
